Contact
For corrections, methodology questions, and buyer-side research enquiries. Email is the current contact method — we aim to respond within two working days.
Contact reasons
If you spot a factual error in a report — a figure that looks wrong, a listing that has been removed, or context that has changed since publication — please let us know. We review all corrections and update with a note where applicable.
Questions about how asking-price benchmarking works, how comparable machines are selected and filtered, what confidence levels mean in practice, or any aspect of how reports are produced.
Buyers researching a specific machine, model family, or the current asking-price landscape for a category can send a brief enquiry. We will respond with whether and how we can help.
Reporting a correction
We review every correction received. If the correction is accurate, we update the relevant content and add a correction note. We do not silently overwrite published analysis.
Asking prices change daily — if a price in a published report has since changed on the original listing, that is expected and does not require a correction. Reports reflect the asking price at time of publication.
Private buyer-side enquiries
Buyers seeking context on a specific machine, a model family, or the current asking-price landscape for a category are welcome to send a brief enquiry. We will respond with whether and how we can help, and what that would involve.
Depending on scope, enquiries may be addressable through our research services — a structured assessment of a specific listing, a review of active listings against your specification, or custom market research.
